At Agora Madrid International School, we believe in preparing our students not only for exams, but for life. Some weeks ago, three teams of students—from Year 8 (2º ESO) to Year 12 (1º Bachillerato)—had the opportunity to take part in the MBA League, held in Las Rozas (Madrid), and immerse themselves in the world of real business leadership.
The event challenged young minds to create fully financed business proposals that address critical global issues such as environmental sustainability, social inequality, and economic innovation. Throughout the day, our students worked collaboratively under pressure, applied business strategies, and pitched their solutions in front of a large audience and a panel of real-world business leaders.
Each group presented its project at the official convention, showcasing not only entrepreneurial skills, but also creativity, critical thinking, and a strong sense of social responsibility. It was an extraordinary opportunity to link academic learning with real-world impact.
“Events like this empower our students to become the changemakers of tomorrow,” said our teacher, David G.. “They learn that leadership means creating value not only for business, but for society as a whole.”
We are incredibly proud of our students’ performance and maturity, and grateful to the MBA League organisers for such a professional and inspiring event. Initiatives like this bring to life the international, forward-thinking education we are committed to at Agora Madrid International School.
