Westfields completes high school heads

The installation of Sir Joseph Dizon as the new head teacher of the high school department this year aims to complete the academic heads and improve the department’s management.

“I have recently started to learn that being a high school head entails a lot of work, aside from the fact you are supervising the teachers because you to monitor them from time to time to ensure the operations in the department are going smoothly for the teachers but more so for the students,” Sir Joseph has stated.

To be a head teacher of the high school department is to take up the mantle of responsibility, taking charge and making everything work well and smoothly, especially when the students arrive at school expecting knowledge, as a head teacher, you must ensure that not only are the teachers performing well but also for the students to learn, making sure no complaints are made.

“At first, I would say that being a head teacher is like, being a teacher, managing your students, but this time you have a bigger responsibility of managing the teachers too, in a way, it is quite fulfilling to be there and to do all that makes it feel more rewarding.” Sir Joseph expresses.
