Sharing knowledge, memories and experiences to last a life time

an activity of the Istanbul International School

At Istanbul International School each year a steady stream of teacher trainees come from a variety of different countries. They work in a caring environment and are given opportunities to observe and more importantly  teach  students in our school, who come from  more than sixty countries. Trainees  do their teaching practice in Primary / Middle School classes as class teachers as well as in specialist subjects such as Mathematics and History.

This year we also have a number of trainees working with our Counselling Department, working on projects such as  as Identity and  Migration and Brain- friendly Learning Our teaching staff is itself very international representing more than 20 nationalities. Our school logo is “Sharing knowledge, memories and experiences to last a life time”. We can say confidently that our staff, students and teacher trainees can experience for themselves the school logo.
