In this exciting project, high school students from four different countries have joined forces to design and build a climate-controlled smart garden system for their schools.
1. Main Subjects: Biology and Computer Science/Robotics
2.Complementary Subjects: Chemistry, Physics, Economics
The schools NIKA School (Russia), Istanbul International School (Turkey), A’KSENT SUISSE INTERNATIONAL SCHOOL (Italy-Switzerland), and Swostishree Gurukul IB World School (Nepal) have created their own greenhouses tailored to their needs. They have received tomato seeds from Cascina Don Guanella (Lecco, Italy) along with the necessary equipment for the automatic control system provided by STEM Education Hellas (Athens, Greece). Also they received Academic Advising by the Federal University of Rondonopolis (Brazil)
Throughout the school year, students have collaborated via an online platform to share experiences and compare results, enriching their learning and fostering teamwork.
We are excited to see the amazing results of this international collaboration!
