IIS World School, Mansarovar stands as a premier institution committed to providing unparalleled opportunities for learning, growth, and holistic development. Rooted in the visionary ideals of Founder Patron Dr. Ashok Gupta, who established a legacy defined by “A Heritage of Vision, A Legacy of Innovation,” the school continues to flourish under the dynamic leadership of Chairperson Mr. Amit Gupta and Co-chairperson and Director Mr. Sumit Gupta. Built not for profit but for purpose, the school ensures that exceptional education remains accessible to all, nurturing over 250 energetic and diverse learners within an AI-driven, future-ready ecosystem.
The school’s academic framework is anchored in two global curricula— the Cambridge Programme and the International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP). The IBDP, which was resumed in 2012, embodies academic rigor, a global outlook and a commitment to nurturing lifelong learners. It offers students from Grades 1 to 12 a transformative experience grounded in critical thinking, creativity, inquiry and international mindedness. IIS World School further includes the Cambridge Primary Programme (CPP), Cambridge Lower Secondary Programme (CLSP), IGCSE for Grades 9 and 10 and IBDP for Grades 11 and 12.
The IBDP’s curriculum is designed in such a manner that it empowers scholars to collectively nurture research abilities, ethical reasoning, global awareness and leadership.
Teaching and learning at IIS World School reflect the IB’s experiential and inquiry-driven pedagogy. Assessments include presentations, coursework, experimental investigations, individual orals and written examinations, enabling students to demonstrate skills in diverse and meaningful ways. The program cultivates academic resilience, analytical thinking, communication skills and real-world application of knowledge. IB graduates consistently outperform peers in university readiness, showcasing agility, intellectual curiosity and confidence in global academic environments.
Holistic development is central to the school’s ethos. It seamlessly integrates academics with sports, arts, AI & Robotics, life skills and personal well-being. The Sports Academy offers training in Skating, Chess, Volleyball, Football, Cricket, Taekwondo, Table Tennis and more. State-of-the-art facilities include a double-storeyed digital library with OPAC access, world-class journals, advanced laboratories in Sciences, Psychology and IT and an evolving AI & Robotics ecosystem that fosters innovation and problem-solving.
The school’s nurturing environment is further strengthened through NCC, the School Band, alumni-led guest lectures, the School Integrated Program for competitive exams, counsellor support, a well-equipped infirmary, a safe girls’ hostel and GPS-enabled transportation always ensuring student safety. Life Skills and Mindfulness remain integral to the school culture, building emotional intelligence, empathy, resilience, decision-making and leadership qualities.
Through the IB curriculum, scholars gain global exposure by exploring diverse cultures, languages and worldviews. Multilingual learning and international perspectives broaden their horizons, preparing them to thrive in an interconnected world. With strong support of the ISA community and active Rotary Interact Club, values are instilled in the shape of responsible, compassionate global citizens. The Annual Activity Planner has a holistic approach that equips learners with life skills, intellectual depth and character strength. It keeps all stakeholders well informed of the activities in store for the session. April witnessed “Macbeth,” to commemorate the birth and death anniversary of Shakespeare. Scholars conducted a 10 day capsule as “Summer Camp” for underprivileged students of Jagriti Foundation, wherein, nanno workshops in Public Speaking, Singing, Dancing and Painting were conducted. The month of May had major events like Inter-house competitions, debating, storytelling and the two most awaited MUNs, the 11th Chapter of IISMUN’ 2026 and the Second edition of Inter-school IIS Jr. MUN’2026. June was observed as Summer Break for students. Durning this period, few activities were conducted for both staff and students. We are sharing our June Newsletter.
The coming month awaits two major events. The institution has the TEDx license and holds TED talks. “Ambassadors on Campus” is another major event that brings in successful leaders from diverse fields, who not just interact and inspire but also provide internships to the students. These will happen as the monthly calendar unfolds.
The IB at IIS World School is ideal for parents seeking academic excellence rooted in values. With a harmonious blend of global pedagogy, cutting-edge infrastructure, personalized learning and a nurturing ecosystem, IIS World School empowers scholars to discover their potential and soar confidently toward success, leaving lasting footprints for others to follow.
