Hydroponics Project at Guillermo de Orange

International Schools Association

Growing knowledge, building the future

At Orange International College, we are excited to launch our hydroponics project, an innovative method of growing plants without soil, using nutrient-rich water. This initiative is led by 6th-year students as part of the CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) component of the International Baccalaureate Programme.

Through the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of the hydroponic system, our students develop scientific skills, teamwork, and planning abilities, while also reflecting on environmental care and healthy food production.

A meaningful initiative that combines knowledge, social responsibility, and ecological awareness!
