Large donation of toys to Caritas Mallorca

campaign promoted by Agora Portals International School and the Rotary Club Palma Almudaina

Throughout December and the first week of January, IB pupils have been promoting a toy collection campaign involving pupils from all stages, families and school staff. Thanks to all of them, a large donation of toys was made to Caritas who will deliver them to families without resources and also repair those that are damaged in their occupational workshop for socio-occupational reintegration.

We are very proud of the involvement of the entire educational community, especially of the training in values that CAS students have received both for the need to inform about the existence of children without resources, as well as to promote the recycling of toys. This whole project will culminate in the coming weeks with a visit to the Caritas workshop where our students will see first hand how each of these toys is repaired and prepared for delivery to other children with fewer possibilities.
