Lecco/Milano - 2022

International Schools Association

Youth Leadership Encounter

The conference will address the pressing need to sustain our world and advocate for climate justice for all.

A’ksent Academy, as an international school, is honored and proud to be the host school in Italy for Youth Leadership Encounter 2022 under the theme: “Climate Justice”. The conference will address the urgent need to support our world and uphold climate justice for all. A’ksent Academy recently joined the International Schools Association (ISA), an educational collective that aims to solve the world’s educational challenges and connect students around the world with the purpose of peace. In October 2021, students from around the world  gathered virtually to learn from guest speakers and launch their one-year projects dedicated to supporting our land.

This year, in October 2022, students will gather on the campus of A’ksent Academy to share their project outcomes, enjoy guest speakers, panels, lectures and cultural trips.
